Price List vs. Wish List
Although a new home purchase is the largest purchase most people will ever make, the average person does not have the technical knowledge of construction that is required to make informed decisions on what goes into the structural part of the home. Okanagan Trend West has developed a system to make sure you know what components will be used in every facet of your new home.
With Okanagan Trend West, we profoundly review several separate specifications with you, so we are both aware of what is expected and exactly how much it is going to cost. This eliminates delays and overruns, and saves you money in the end. Any changes to the original "specs" can be made on a change order at a price established prior to completion. The final result is a home that meets, or exceeds your dreams, at a price we have agreed upon.
Buyers may not always know exactly what they do want, but they usually know what they don't want. Our system lets you decide on all the details of your new home, before we start digging. You may have to compromise some items on your wish list to maintain your budget, however, our promise is to fulfill all your expectations according to the specifications.
