Dear Trend West

Thanks for the great home-building experience. We were new to Vernon; we did our homework, shopped around and chose Trend West based on the quality of their homes, competitive pricing, and from the comments we received from other Trend West home-owners. Throughout the process, we found that the on-site contractors and trades-people were top-notch at their jobs and friendly people to talk to.

During the build, we were living 400 km away. So most of the planning and decisions were done during the pre-arranged meetings, as well as emails, photos and phone calls. It all worked amazingly well, and we were into our home just over 5 months after we broke ground.

We are very pleased with our new home. If we were to build again we would go straight to Trend West, but we have no plans to leave this place-we love it!
